- You must exchange your voucher for the official entry ticket to the Rio Carnival Parade. The GetYourGuide voucher will not be accepted as your entrance ticket. Please bring your voucher number and passport or ID card. Tickets won’t be redeemed without documentation. Tickets must be exchanged at the following location: The local partner's office in Copacabana. Address: Avenida Nossa Senhora de Copacabana 195 Loja F Dates: February 6-12 and February 15-17 Opening hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For shuttle transfer, pickup is included only at a specific list of hotels. Please specify your hotel name and address, or cruise ship details. Pickup time is 7:30 PM at the lobby of the chosen hotel. Shuttle leaving from the Rio de Janeiro Port is only available for cruise ship passengers and will leave from Warehouse 4 at 7:30 PM. If you are staying in a private apartment or at a hotel outside the pickup route, you should go to the closest hotel on the list.
