They came to pick me up at the exact time. Pretty nice trip to see Rio from afternoon. (such as the first day you come to Rio) Fortunately, I was accompanied with many people who speak English so that the guide spoke English basically. (But there were many Spanish-speaking travelers. You may hear only Spanish or Portuguese in some tours) In overall, recommendable.

Great experiences and guide. The tour should indicate the kind of vehicle that would pick you off so you can choose to take a SUV instead of a proper van (as most tours offer). Then because of weather conditions we did not get to do the sugarloaf mountain sunset tour, the company should at least offer to reimburse some of the money due to not completing the full tour.

this trip was out of this world!! Vincente is extremely charming and knowledgeable- since I am travelling alone I was expecting a wtv tour where I just sightsee and come back to my hotel however thanks to Vincente I had an amazing time and felt right at home. The whole trip was SO much fun. certainly the highlight of my visit to Rio. thanks Vincente!!
