We were there about half an hour late because of a glitch with Uber but Augusto, the guide was waiting for us very friendly and welcoming. Great hike on Morro Dois Irmaos, the views from the top are breathtaking. The interaction with the favela was a motorbike ride to get to the hiking location, walking back and a stop for a drink (which I asked for) at one of the local bars and I appreciated that because I wasn't there for a commercial and intrusive favela tour but mostly for the hike and just to see another face of Rio. The hike itself can be a bit challenging if you have no training but it's short. On the way we saw plenty of wildlife, a minuscule dark brown frog, monkeys with babies and different birds.

We really enjoyed the tour! Eduardo is a great guide, he’s friendly and helpful and gave us some interesting informations about Rio De Janeiro. The hike itself was beautiful even though we could not see a lot up there because it was cloudy. The walk through the favelas of Vidigal was an impressive experience and Eduardo took us to a nice bar with e amazing view. We definitely would recommend the tour :)

Très belle excursion au Morro de dois Irmaos. Prise en charge à l’hôtel pour aller à l’entrée de la favela Vigidal, puis ensuite nous sommes montés en moto au sommet de la favela Vigidal. De là montée à pied jusqu’au Morro de Dois Irmaos. Pendant la montée on s’est arrêté trois fois, on avait de jolis points de vue sur São Corrado, sur la favela la Rocinha. Puis arrivés au sommet superbes points de vue sur le lagoa de Freitas, sur les autres Morros, sur les différents quartiers de Rio avec les différentes plages. On voyait aussi la plage de Copacabana. La montée était assez en pente et une fois arrivé au sommet la vue est magnifique. Du sommet nous sommes tous redescendus à pied et à l’entrée de la favela Vigidal un taxi nous attendait. Je recommande vivement cette excursion lors d’un séjour à Rio de Janeiro. La guide était très compétente, elle parlait aussi espagnol et anglais. Superbe journée inoubliable. Le départ de l’hôtel était à 08h15 et on m’a déposé à l’hôtel vers 13h00
