Excellent experience! I had a really enjoyable time—it was amazing in so many ways. These caves are so beautiful and very very interesting. Even though it’s a popular tourist spot, the groups are small and somehow they time the excursions so that while in the caves you feel like your group it the only one there. So peaceful. The caves are soooo fascinating. Our guide was Daniele and I really feel like I lucked out—he was awesome. He had all the qualities you’d want in a guide. Personable, friendly (he remembered everyone’s name from the great go!), super engaging, funny and fun, responsible (you go tell he was very concerned with our safety down there) and best of all extremely knowledgeable about the caves and immensely dedicated to the plight of conservation of these ecological treasures. His heart is in it 100%. He mentioned that he has spent hours and hours in the caves—they are a special places and you tell how much he enjoyed sharing them with us. 5 stars—highly recommend!

An amazing experience not for those easily claustrophobic or afraid of the dark. Our guide Daniele and our photographer Ana were both amazing and made sure we were all well informed and safe. So incredible to see what lies beneath our feet and how everything is connected. Daniele was especially funny!!! Highly recommended.

So it may seem a bit expensive but it is definitely worth the detour! Mystical walk and swim in a cave accompanied by our bilingual guide Gaby, who was on top. Necessary equipment is provided just in case and lunch is a very decent local buffet.

It was amazing experience don’t miss it when you visit Cancun. Guide was super. One of us don’t know swimming it was 9 feet at one place and the guide helped through that path. Enjoyable family activity and helping each other. Totally fun.

It was amazing, very good experience, i think is a must and experiencies you need once in life if you like to travel. All good, the transportation and guide. Thanks a lot Vicky!
