Ferdinando was excellent. He was full of knowledge and very excited to share his experience. To see the Basilica with so few people was such a treat for him that he couldn’t contain his excitement. This tour was a great way to see a magnificent place. The group was small- 8 people, which gave it a very intimate feel. The entire experience was well organized. The headset allowed us to hear Ferdinando’s explanations while taking pictures and wandering at our own pace. The trek to the top was grueling and not for those who dislike enclosed spaces or fear heights. But the view from the top was absolutely stunning and well worth the effort.

She was so attentive to each and everyone that she made you feel like you were in a private tour with her. She welcomed all questions and you could see the passion she had for her job! The history of the views were brilliant but Catalina made the whole experience that much more unforgettable! 1000% recommend this tour! Book it now!

Excellent experience! Very friendly staff and our guide was professional, knowledgeable, kind and supportive. The tour was not rushed and I feel I saw and learnt a lot. The only thing I think needs improving is how to let people know who and where you are at the meeting point. There was no sign. I just saw many people and asked around.
