The actual museum was incredible. The person who met us outside the museum was late by 5 minutes and waited an extra 35 minutes after the time we were meant to go in by so those of us who were on time and arrived at the suggested time were waiting in the 35 degree heat for almost an hour. They also seem to take a huge cut as the price on the tickets was only €17 (considering all the company did was meet us outside and walk us to the entrance).

Definitely worth booking through this company. There are loads of people that are outside offering tickets, but they are literally DOUBLE the price I was a bit dubious, thinking we would still have to queue, but with the skip the line ticket, we were straight in. It amazes me why others choose to wait for hours in line in the roasting heat. Would recommend this company every time. Also booked the colosseum with the same company and again had no problems. Good description of where we would meet before, an English speaking guide who showed us in. Went before the queue and the guide arranged our entrances. Went very smoothly. Maybe could have been a little clearer with attire, mask variety and covid proof, nothing we missed but can be missed by others. We thought the price was very worth it because it was so convenient!
