See Mallorca from a number of unique vantage points on a 9-hour scenic tour. You will travel by bus, train, tram, and boat, to discover the island's many treasures. Departing from the north of Mallorca, you will travel by coach, experiencing the dramatic cliffs of the Serra de Tramuntana Mountain range. As it hugs the coastline of Mallorca, drive along switchback roads and explore the Pareis Gorge and La Calobra, hidden gems of the west coast. Enjoy some free time for lunch in La Calobra or Puerto Soller. You will then travel by boat to see some of the best views of the coast of Mallorca. Look out for celebrity villas and elegant houses dotted along the pine and olive trees. Next you will ride the charming tram along the sea front at lively Puerto Soller. Settle down in vintage railcars, with mahogany panels and brass fittings, and feel yourself drift back in time.

Palma de Mallorca: Tramuntana Mountains Full-Day Guided Tour

4. Palma de Mallorca: Tramuntana Mountains Full-Day Guided Tour

Discover the Serra de Tramuntana, a Unesco World Heritage Site and one of the most beautiful sea and mountain landscapes on the island. The route starts in Palma and continues to the train station. The one-hour journey takes you through fields of carob and almond trees along a panoramic route by coach through different inland villages on the island until you reach Escorca, a municipality that is home to places of great interest such as La Calobra, the Cúber and Gorg Blau reservoirs. We will continue our route towards La Calobra, now crossing mountain landscapes until we reach the access to this cove. This last stretch is undoubtedly the one that offers some of the most spectacular views of the north coast of the island and its winding route makes the tour a great adventure. Once we reach our destination we have about 1 hour and a half of free time to explore the place or, if the temperature is good, enjoy a swim. We continue the tour with a boat trip, if the sailing conditions are optimal, to the Port of Sóller. If this option is not available, the route is done by coach, crossing the heart of the Sierra where we can find the reservoirs of Cúber and Gorg Blau. Once in Puerto de Sóller we will take the tram to Sóller and from there we will take the emblematic wooden train to Palma. *The route may be done in reverse. First we take the train from Palma to Sóller, then the tram to the Port of Sóller and then the boat or coach route to Sa Calobra. It depends on the timetables of the service providers.

What people are saying about Sa Calobra

This is the second time that I have done this trip, but this time I took my 78-year-old Dad and he had an absolute ball! He loved every minute of it and we spent some great time together! All the activities blew him away, he normally lives in NZ so seeing something very different was a true gem to him. The tour guides were also great! If you go to Mallorca, I highly recommend this trip!

Really enjoyed this trip! Would’ve been better if we could ride the boat but the nerve racking coach ride through the narrow roads of the mountain wasn’t so bad! Special thanks to our tour guide Tolo and Bartolome our driver! Muchas gracias!

the tour covers some real highlights of Mallorca you would most likely miss otherwise, eg. the old-fashioned train, Torrent de Pareis, Lluc or at least not be able to cover in the same time span. So yes, this is highly recommended.

Didn't get to do boat part weather was to rough but the train ride and trolley to the port was beautiful and awesome

Fantastic tour - great tour guide Tolo, highly recommend!
