Claudia…A+!! 5 stars!! Claudia gave us such a great tour. She is incredibly knowledgeable (and our tour only barely scratch the surface of her knowledge!) and engaging. I love that she directed a lot of her attention to our girls, 10 & 7, making sure they were interested and that they understood what she was saying. Her English is impeccable. Ending the tour at a cafe for cappuccinos, croissants, and gelato for the girls was a perfecting ending. We sat and chatted and learned more about the area and Claudia’s extensive experience and training as a tour guide. She also gave great recommendations for restaurants and quality leather products in the city. Thank you again, Claudia! We hope to visit again for a more in-depth tour with you of some of our favorite sites!

A must see in Florence. The bell tower is one of the highest points in the city and offers great views. Tha audioguide can be a little confusing and if you see the bell tower first, you will have to re-enter the museum portion which is easy enough but can be a little alarming as you are being shepherded to the exit.

Giacomo was one of the best tour guides we ever had. He went above and beyond in teaching us about the complex history of Florence in an engaging and accessible way and was kind enough to answer all of our questions. The ice cream was great too - not a tourist trap. We'd recommend his tour to everyone!

The instructions in the App were clear. At the meeting point/info desk there was a person, waiting for me. After I received my audioguide, this person took us to the tower.

The local guide was very friendly. She assisted us with getting The tickets at the local ticket office. I was very happy for the audio- guided tour .
