    The sightseeing tour & boat trip in the bay were very good. Unfortunately, exchanging your voucher for the ticket was cumbersome and time-consuming. First we had to go to the provider's office between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m., where we received a voucher that we then had to exchange for the actual ticket at the counter at the bus departure point, which overwhelmed the employees there. The whole procedure took us a whole hour, so it would have been easier to buy the ticket on the spot. There were also problems at the beginning of the boat tour, since the relevant data according to our ticket was not available, which meant that we had to queue twice in the access line.
