Know before you go
- Riders must be aged 12 or over and weigh between 100 lbs (45 kg) & 250 lbs (113 kg)
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Not recommended for guests aged over 70
- Unfortunately pregnant women are not allowed on this tour
- Customers must be able to easily step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail
- You will be standing for 2 hours
- The helmet and safety vest provided must be worn at all times
- No flip-flops, open-toe sandals or high heels are permitted
- Bring an extra layer of warm, wind resistant clothing
- Rain ponchos, knit gloves and warm jackets are available for guests to use
- Please do not bring bulky backpacks
- You must sign a liability waiver, complete the Segway training and a test ride
- Respect road signs, pedestrians, bikes and cars for a safe ride
