Be prepared to hike through the river and get very muddy! Wear shoes that you can hike in and also get wet. And if you want to take a bag or your phone, make sure you have waterproof items. We were a little unprepared but the guides were great. It was also a very big group (probably close to 30). And the organization for the pickup vans was a little lacking (they were 1.5 hours late to pick us up from lunch and take us back to San Juan). But it’s okay because there’s a lot to do at Luquillo, but setting expectations makes all the difference!

Very informative tour, Gian was very knowledgeable and helpful. Me and my husband enjoyed the tour, we had a great experience. Food at the end of our tour on our way back was awesome. We enjoyed our first visit to Puerto Rico and will come back soon.

We had an amazing tour through the rainforest to the waterfalls and natural pools. Our guide Patricia explained a lot about the nature and helped us climb over the rocks and the mud holes. She's great with a great sense of humour! The waterslides are real fun! On the way there it's VERY muddy, so you will be dirty! Whenever I come back to Puerto Rico I'll book the same tour again.
