    Your guide will pick you up in your hotel and you will head to the base of the mountain. Arrive and start the hike crossing areas of many trees and small local farms where you will be able to see a new face of the Basque countryside first hand, with crop fields and cattle waiting for you behind every curve.   Once you passed through the forest area, start walking up through an open landscape with sheep herds and ancient huts where shepherds used to hide in the cold winter.
