Meeting point well described, guide spoke to waiting people if tour was booked. The trip offers a very good overview of the most important sights. Explanations come in all languages one after the other over the microphone - some of them were not very easy to understand. Drinks were fine and refills were given again. Despite thick clouds we were lucky because the sun didn't come out at sunset. The view is great from the upper deck, but the smell of fuel from the boat is sometimes a bit disturbing.
