This was so much fun! We can’t wait till we’re home making pizza and gelato for our fiends. The setting is in the hills so beautiful with magnificent city views!! Chis is very knowledgeable Chef and helps you understand the process of making Gelato. With the right tools you can master this wonderful treat! The pizza chefs Arla and Tiziano are funny and very helpful in making the dough snd taking you through the process of making your own pizza. Tiziano showed Michael how to use the pizza oven and what tools he needs. Can’t wait to fire up our pizza oven! This should be on your list to do while staying in Florence!! Thank You!
