Full description

After getting picked up from your hotel in Santiago de Compostela, begin your journey along the Galician coast. Your first stop will be at a traditional Galician village. Here, head to the top of a Roman bridge where you can admire breathtaking views of the river.

Next, head to Muxia Lighthouse, where you can visit the famous sanctuary and head to the top of the lighthouse for a unique coastal experience. Continue your tour with a visit to the region's most important lighthouse, Finisterre. From atop of this picturesque lighthouse, admire panoramic views of what was considered by the Roman's to be the end of the earth.

Break for lunch in the town of Finisterre before heading to the Ezaro Waterfall, the only waterfall that arrives directly into the ocean. Later, head to Carnota, where you can see the largest horréo, an old granary suspended by pillars, in existence. Finally, head to the village of Muros, a traditional coastal village. Enjoy some free time for a coffee or stroll around the main square before heading back to Santiago.

This tour was amazing! It included seven stops but we didn’t have to rush in any of them. We have plenty of time to explore each stop, have food and also enjoy the beach. All the pueblos on the way were a pleasant surprise and the view were breathtaking all the way. It’s definitely worth it!

This trio was exceptional value for money and a very enjoyable day. We made seven stops in all, seeing Muxía and Finisterre- both ending places of the Camino after Santiago. We were treated to beautiful views along the coast and stopped off at such interesting little places, including seeing the longest hórreo in Spain! The guide was very professional, informative and friendly. don't miss this excursion!

The trip was good and our guide made it interesting. There were long periods as we drove to and from Finisterre when the guide wasn’t talking. Personally, I like to learn more about the history and stories so if the guide had shared these, I presume there are many, that would have made it a better experience. For example we learned a lot about the bird traps unique to Galicia called Horreros (apologies for spelling) and this was genuinely interesting, but not too much else.
