Joan and Rodrigo (sorry if I spelled it wrong) picked us up right in front of the ship, Joan spoke German very well! The 2 gave us a wonderful trip, we drove to places that were also off the tourist hotspots. We learned a lot about the Azores, history, country and people. We can definitely recommend the excursions with GYG and their local partners. Thanks for the nice time!

One of the best holiday days The tour was interesting, fun and the whole family enjoyed it very much, We went to see places we would not have seen otherwise. Hikes, waterfalls, hot pools and historic sites. Our guide knew his botanics, geography, geology, history and the local secrets.

The tour was great but you will need additional 25 Euros for entry/lunch fees. It should be made clear in the tour description. The guide was friendly and very knowledgeable.

Very informative, the guide knew a lot about volcanoes, vegetation and the economy of the island. A very pleasant atmosphere and incredibly beautiful surroundings

It was a great excursion, the guide Mr. Hugo was very friendly which made everything much more fun and familiar.
