Overall very informative. Exactly what we signed. To get great facts on Vienna the city as well as inside the palace. Which we did. The guide was excellent, but his voice is drawing and makes people sleepy as we did before we reached the palace and after on the way back. He was informative nevertheless.

Imposing castle with a very beautiful garden. Our guide Franz Joseph took us on a journey through time in an entertaining, entertaining way. He was easy to understand and very approachable and friendly to the guests. A wonderful experience

Great! Used this bus to see all the best places around Vienna and then used it to get to them! Commentary on board was really interesting too.

Buses ran pretty much to time, commentary was very informative, would certainly use this service again.

Very well organized. Everything just as described in the booking.
