    It was ok.Definitely a guide is needed for Schonbrunn (in my opinion) but since the rooms got crowded too quickly I found the information provided a bit superficial(since we could spend a limited amount of time in a room).I would give a 4.5 if I was able.

Very good tour of the castle and gardens. Viennese guide , Lisa , who spoke excellent English. Tour was also laced with humor. Organization was present 30 minutes in advance. Everything was perfectly arranged.
