You’ll be picked up at your Cape Town accommodation in the morning by a qualified tour guide/driver in a luxury minibus, and taken on an all-inclusive, full-day Cape Peninsula tour. Drive along the scenic coastal route known as the French Riviera, with the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other, and see what makes this coastline so special. Pass through Bantry Bay, Clifton, Camps Bay and Llundadno beaches along Chapman's Peak drive and enjoy a photo stop at Maiden's Cove. In Hout Bay you’ll have the option of taking a boat to Seal Island to get a closer look at the seal population (not included in the tour price). After exploring the harbor in Hout Bay, the tour continues on to Noordhoek village for an optional stop to try the best coffee roasted this side of the Cape (additional cost). The next stop is at the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Cape Point, where you'll explore the reserve, see the Dias Beacon and also where the two currents meet. You can hike up to the top to see the Cape Point Lighthouse or take the Funicular (additional cost). From Cape Point, you’ll continue on toward Boulders Beach and stop to see the penguin colony, encountering these fascinating creatures at close range. Enjoy the scenic Boyes Drive and see Kalk Bay and Muizenburg. The return route to Cape Town will be via the Old Cape Road, and the day ends with a drop off at your accommodation.

Be collected from your accommodation in Cape Town at around 9:00 AM by a Mercedes Benz C-class, Hyundai H1, Toyota Quantum GL, or Mercedes Benz Sprinter for larger groups. Head out on your full-day tour of the Cape Peninsula with a qualified guide. If this is your first time in Cape Town, you will be taken on a 30-minute city orientation tour before heading out.  Travel along the Atlantic seaboard, driving between the mountains and the ocean, and pass through Bantry Bay, Clifton, Camps Bay, Llandudno, and Chapman's Peak. Make a photograph stop at Maiden's Cove. Stop in Hout Bay, where you will have the option of taking a boat to Seal Island. For lunch, you can enjoy the fresh seafood at harbor eateries. Alternatively, a light meal will be available further on at Noordhoek village, along with the best coffee this side of the Cape at Roast Village.  Next, set off for the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and the Cape Point lighthouse, a popular stop for photographs. Continue to the fishing village of Hout Bay, one of Cape Town's best-kept secrets. Enjoy an optional short boat trip to Duiker Island, time permitting, to see the Cape fur seals that inhabit the island. Next is the Cape Point Nature Reserve, covering an area of more than 17,300 acres. Cape Point is located just 60 kilometers from Cape Town in a nature reserve within Table Mountain National Park. It is the most southwestern tip of the African continent, and popularly referred to as the mythical meeting place of the Atlantic and Indian oceans. Discovered in 1488 by Bartholomeu Dias, Cape Point has long been an important navigational landmark. The 9-hour tour begins in Cape Town and the drive takes you along the scenic Atlantic coast with the stunning backdrop of Table Mountain, Lion's Head and the 12 Apostles mountains. After a short stop at Clifton Beach your drive continues past Camps Bay and then on spectacular Chapman's Peak Drive to the quaint fishing village of Hout Bay. Visit Hout Bay to explore an arts and crafts market and if you like, choose the optional boat ride to Seal Island. Drive past the suburb of Noordhoek, known for its picturesque shoreline and long, wide sandy beach, and then the charming villages of Kommetjie and Scarborough, as you make your way to Table Mountain National Park. As you drive through Table Mountain National Park to Cape Point, be on the lookout for Chacma baboons, ostrich and antelope. When you reach Cape Point you can walk up to the historic lighthouse (or take a 3-minute funicular ride) for magnificent, panoramic ocean views. Next is a short ride to the official southwestern-most point on the tip of Africa, at the Cape of Good Hope. Be sure to get a photo at the famous sign! Begin the journey back to Cape Town with a drive along the eastern side of the Cape Peninsula, stopping to visit the penguin colony at Boulder's Beach in Simon's Town. Pass the coastal town of Fish Hoek and the popular surfing site of Muizenburg, with a short stop to see the world-famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. At the end of the day you’ll be dropped off at your Cape Town hotel. Please note that the private tour option excludes entrance to Cape Point.

We went t Cape Town for a holiday (visiting family). Don’t know what prompted it, but looked into the hop on hop off option, and decided on the 5 day pass. Best thing we could’ve done. Got to do SOOOOO much stuff, which made all the difference to a bleh holiday ad an awesome one. EVERYTHING was great. It was all perfect

The most incredible tour to see the iconic sites around Cape Town! Money well spent as the day included beautiful sights, incredible history, and the most amazing time. Would highly recommend! Our guide Barnabas (Marshall) was truly one-in-a-million and made the tour that much more enjoyable!

I can really recommend the tour to anyone who has little time to explore the city. All important and interesting places were shown. The pick-up and the tour were on top and the guide was super friendly. Worthwhile every second !!!!!!
