We recently did this tour and had a brilliant afternoon with Bala, our guide. The Batu Caves, visiting the Silverback monkeys and seeing the fireflies made for a great tour and it was also really good to see some of the real Malaysia, outside of KL and more tourist-y areas. What made our afternoon though was our guide, Bala - he was professional, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, but also self aware and very kind, going out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. He helped us to order dinner in a local restaurant and we learned so much from him about Malaysia, it's culture and it's history. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend both this trip and Bala as a guide.

Such a great tour and would recommend to anyone. First stop was the batu caves, we were given a perfect amount of time to explore and the religious traditions were explained to us. Next up was a monkey sanctuary, got so many photos with the monkeys and was definitely an experience to remember. We then got great seafood at a local restaurant recommended by the host, but was given the opportunity to chose which cuisine we wanted. The highlight was the boat tour, to see the fireflies, we were wary it would not meet our expectations but they were in fact exceeded, was such a surreal experience seeing them light up the trees. Can fully recommend this tour.

Hello! We had a day trip to Taman Negara and our driver was very helpful. He explained everything about different places on our way to Taman Negara. He always asked us if we need something and if we are feeling comfortable. We really enjoyed everything there. We will definitely recommend Shanker to other people too. Couldn’t get a better driver. The best one!

The guys were waiting on us as soon as we got through arrivals. Kevin our driver was excellent, like our very own tour guide. He was super friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend.

We had an awesome time seeing sites all over Kuala Lumpur. Our guide Kalai was excellent. Travelling by car in air-conditioned comfort was also greatly appreciated!!Highly recommend.
