- A full loop of the tour route takes 1 hour and 15 minutes (without hopping off); buses run every 1.5 hours between 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM. On Saturdays, there will two additional departures at 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM
- The Plaza de Espana and Maria Luisa Park walking tour (guided in English and Spanish) starts at 12 PM from Plaza de Espana
- The In the footsteps of Magellan walking tour starts at 1:30 PM from the Paseo de Colon stop
