A great experience! Highly recommend. Antonio was brilliant. We stood (there are chairs if you want to sit) round and watched him prepare paella from scratch to finish. He made everyone welcome and our glasses were always full. The views from the rooftop were amazing, the sangria was great and the paella delicious. My only comment was finding the place, instructions say go to the restaurant but it wasn't open, luckily we met Antonio on his way up. If you don't meet him like we did then just go to the door at the corner of the building and take the elevator to the top floor!

BOOK THIS!!! Antonio was awesome, he made sure our glasses were full and had us stand around him while cooking so we were truly immersed. The view from the rooftop was unbelievable and the sangria he made was the best I had during my whole trip. Friendly tip, the event will tell you to go to the restaurant and someone will take you up to the roof but the restaurant is not open during the day so just go to the door at the corner of the building and take the elevator to the top floor!

Antonio was AMAZING. So welcoming, funny and knowledgeable. Also an amazing cook — the best paella I’ve ever had. Would recommend to anyone visiting Seville!

Antonio was a most excellent chef and tutor, the authentic paella was delicious, company good, one of my favourite things on our holiday

Amazing for any beginner’s paella, but the instructor can answer more questions when you have them
