Full description

Depart Seville and travel through the nearby town of Coria del Rio on the banks of the River Guadalquivir. Go to the visitor center at Dehesa de Abajo, located in the northern area of the marshes of Doñana National Park. Admire the pine forests and pastures that provide home to approximately 200,000 different inhabitants, including 300 bird species such as flamingos and Spanish imperial eagles.

Pass a rice field, known for Europe’s largest colony of storks. Then, continue through the vast natural space of the northern area of Doñana National Park and visit the village of El Rocío, famed for its chapel and observatory. Walk along the trails of Doñana National Park near the stream of La Rocina, and then explore Spain´s largest dune system after lunch.

Return towards Seville and take advantage of the beautiful sunset through the pine forest in the Asperillo area. Spot some of the large mammals of the Doñana area, such as deer, wild boar, and lynx.

Sergio was a perfect guide! He took us to beautiful places where we could watch birds, cows and horses. The Doñana Park is home to 85 lynxes. Sergio did all his best to show them to us. Unfortunately, they were hiding, but that was only bad luck. The tour includes various activities, e.g. taking a walk at the sea, in the forest, visiting El Rocio and, the rest of the time, going on Safari. We recommend it very much.

한국분들, 강추합니다! :) An awesome day trip from Seville. I learned so much about marshland and lifes in Doñana national park from our skilled and professional guide, Ramón. Why you should go with 4WD is soon to be found in El Racio when it comes to be rainy season. It's worth every penny on this tour.

We left from central Sevilla to Parque Nacional Doñana. My main desire was to see wildlife and we certainly did. Probably a dozen bird species (including eagles and vultures, many (many) deer, and we were lucky enough to spot a couple of mongoose scrabble cross our path. Patricia was a great guide, funny and engaging and she obviously knew the region well. Her English was quite good, and when a word escaped her it was easily to fill in the blanks (as someone trying to learn Spanish, I very much sympathize with the difficulty). As a bonus, besides wildlife, we also were able to see a traditional house in the style the native peoples would have inhabited in the past, and a mansion/museum with more info and a cool rooftop view! Got lots of great pics. Check forecast before booking; we had great weather and that definitely helped the experience. Very much recommend!
