One of our favorite activities on our trip was this cooking class with guide Dani and chef Leo!! They were so kind and accommodating while also just a lot of fun!! We walked away with a new favorite dish (salmorejo) and a new appreciation for paella! We received copies of the recipes via email soon after the class so we can make these favorites at home! Absolutely worth doing this activity!!!

A really enjoyable way to experience the Triana Market and Spanish cooking with a fun group of like-minded people. We learned far more than just the recipes - such as how to properly bone a chicken and buying authentic Spanish ingredients - and the chef was patient and knowledgable, happy to answer all of the group's questions. To top it off, the food was delicious. This activity was the highlight of our long weekend in Seville.

I did this as a solo traveler and it was one of the highlights of my trip to Sevilla! The market tour prior to class was the perfect length and it was interesting to learn more about the ingredients we’d be using that day. The class itself was a blast and everything we made was delicious! Overall a great experience and would highly recommend if you enjoy cooking and learning more about culture through food. Be prepared to EAT - at the end of class you are able to enjoy everything you cooked as a group, and it’s A LOT of food!
