Antonio was an excellent guide!! The food was as exceptional as the history behind the dishes and the cuisines covered. You cannot go wrong by booking this tour! We learned so much about Andalucia and how the food ties with its culture and history. This is for the foodie who wants to add that deeper flavor that feeds the mind! Very highly recommended!!

Our family had a wonderful time at the paella cooking show. Antionio was a fun and educational host. He thoroughly explained his methods and answered all of our questions. The venue and views were beautiful and the meal was amazing. We would highly recommend this experience and cannot wait to recreate this memory feom Seville at home!
