Experience Luxor in all of its splendor on this full-day guided trip from Sharm El Sheikh. Enjoy the convenience of private van transportation and a round trip flight. Savor local flavors with a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.

After pickup from your hotel in a private and air-conditioned vehicle, transfer to the airport to board your plane to Luxor. Once you arrive, head to the Karnak Temple complex.

See the street of the Sphinxes, the hypostyle hallway with 134 gigantic pillars, and the obelisks of Queen Hatshepsut and Tutomosis I. Continue to the Theban Necropolis on the west bank of the Nile to see where the pharaohs were laid to rest.

Stroll through the Valley of the Kings where you can visit tombs from 3 different dynasties. Admire a masterpiece of ancient architecture at the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut.

Finally, visit the Memnon Colossi, which are two of the largest ancient statues in Egypt, which date back to the era of King Amenhotep III. At the end of the day, fly back to Sharm El Sheikh and your private driver will take you back to your hotel.

The guide was very knowledgeable, but he gave us little free time which was a shame. Prepare to buy a visa which was unexpected for us Also the trip was rescheduled severs times which became difficult as we had other plans while away. Overall a good trip. We paid extra to visit Tutankhamen’s tomb directly to the guide which seemed expensive. Lunch was basic and was quite late in the day. We visited a perfume factory and ceramic workshop which was unexpected. We had to chase up transfer from airport back to hotel. Hi

Very good option to see Luxor and the kind valley in one day trip, keeping your accommodation in Sharm instead to do the river nile cruise. It was a little disaster the pick up time at 3.20h while the fly departure was at 5.45h, implying to wait 2h to open the checking meanwhile the rest of the travelers arrive at 5am in accordance to the activity schedule.

It was a great experience and one I am so glad I made. Our guide was full of knowledge and made everything we saw very interesting. The one downside I would say is that it is a very long day between flights, which in my opinion could have been reduced by bringing us home on an earlier flight. There was not enough to do to pass the time on the excursions paid for with the ticket, so we ended up paying quite a bit more money to waste some time. A trip to banana island being one of them. Even then we were at the airport for a number of hours on the way home.
