Horses were lovely and very calm/quiet. Our guide was great and spoke really good English which was helpful for us. He was very knowledgeable and capable and clearly cares about the horses. The property was well maintained and the scenery up on the hill stunning (we rode on tracks past farms, vines, olive trees etc). Random assortment of helmets to choose from, some of which would probably not pass Australian safety standards so select yours with care. Very brief riding induction (basically how to steer). The owner picked us up from Siena in an old car about ten mins late and did not speak much English so we just sat back and enjoyed the view from the car on the half hour drive from Siena to the property which is not far from Poggibonsi.

This is my first time to ridding a horse. The owner of farm came to our hotel on time. I really enjoyed smell of forest and beautiful scnery even it rained. They have rain coat so raining doesn't matter. You can meet warmhearted people and nice rural atmosphere in this trip. I highly recommend this trip to everyone who is looking for horseback ridding in Siena!!

Unkomplizierte Organisation. Nach Abholung aus Siena ging es nach einer kurzen Einweisung los. Es ist eine schöne Art die Landschaft aus einer anderen Sicht zu erkunden. Für 2 aus unserer Kleingruppe war es das erste Mal auf einem Pferd. Die anfängliche Aufregung legte sich rasch. Die Pferde waren gemütlich und ruhig. Zum Reiten kennenlernen genau das Richtige.
