Wonderful guide, 2nd winery excellent, highly recommend

Couldn't fault our guide Vincenzo. He rates a 10 out of 10. Pick up on time, information provided good. First winery not that good. Was to include some food but there was not enough to go around so two of us missed out! The second winery was excellent. A great day.

Driver and touring was great, wine tastings so-so.

The the driver was right on time, picked up at our hotel. He spoke good English, was informative, courteous and humorous. The drive in the Tuscan countryside was gorgeous. The !st winery was average. No demonstration of the wine-makling process. Tasted 3 different wines, minimal amount of hor'dourves. 2nd winery was better, but still no tour of the winery or or demonstrartion of the wine-making process. Tasting was better, with 4 wines and grappa. Again, minimal hors'douvers, barely enough to go around. An enjoyable afternoon, but would not want to go to those particular tastings again.

    Definitely a great time!

There were only 8 in our group, but we met up with 2 other groups of 6-8 at each winery. So it is not as small a group as is advertised. But it was still quite fun, especially the second winery. I give it 4 stRs because the first winery was not as organized as the second. Our driver was great, Daniel was very knowledgable about the area and the process of wine.
