    Travel to the wonderfully preserved city of Sintra on this day trip from Lisbon. Have some free time to explore Pena Palace and see the wonderful views of the National Park and Moorish Castle. Head to the coast to the viewpoint at Cabo da Roca and the seaside resort town of Cascais. Be picked up from our meeting point in Lisbon. Sit back and relax on the scenic drive through the countryside to Sintra. Take some time to explore the vibrantly colored hilltop castle of Pena Palace and admire one of the many views over the National Park and the ocean. Continue to Cabo da Roca where you can stand at the westernmost point of continental Europe. Snap some breathtaking shots of the impressive views of the ocean crashing against the high rocky cliffs. Finally, arrive in Cascais, an elegant seaside resort town on the Portuguese Riviera. Stroll through the lovely city center and check out Cascais’ luxury marina, its charming fishing port, and a restored fort that houses many local craftsmen.

    This is more of a drive service to each area. We did get a brief overview on each stop and left on our own to discover. It was enough time at the castle and Sintra .. a little more time I’m Caiscais would have been good. We ate lunch in Caiscais so that took up some time. Overall our driver was very friendly and informative and knew a lot about the history of the area. Loved the tour.

    Jamie was great. We got picked up at our hotel which was so convenient. He knew all the tips and tricks to avoid long lines and for us to see all the best sites. We were in a small group of just 4 people total. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a day trip from Lisbon.

    Paulo the guide was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, cared about our experience and was very friendly. He provide added information and details (historical) that I didn't expect and we appreciated him. Maybe my fault, I thought the tickets to Pena Palace were included (or some other attraction) and it wasn't, so I would say what could have made it better was to give us a heads up to purchase online/ahead of time to save time on the day. Would recommend this tour for sure!
