Experience the Amalfi Drive, said to be the most spectacular in Europe, on a scenic coach tour from Sorrento. Stop to take photos of picturesque towns along the way, including Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello.
Following a pick-up from your hotel in Sorrento on the Sorrentine Peninsula, drive along the winding coast and cliffside road, and enjoy continuous panoramic views that take your breath away. Stop above the artistic resort of Positano, and marvel at its houses tumbling down to the sea like a waterfall cascades down the rocks.
Continue along the coast to find local shops selling the traditional colorful ceramics of the region. Next, stop in Amalfi, and discover a once a thriving maritime city to rival Genoa, Pisa, and Venice. Now a thriving holiday resort, the ancient town is dominated by a magnificent 9th-century cathedral, where the remains of the Patron Saint of Amalfi are preserved.
