It’s nice to get lost in Positano. To fully embrace the beauty of the town it is probably better to walk without a precise destination. You will be able to enjoy the streets, the little shops, the restaurants, the monuments, the churches, and the beaches. Amalfi, a picturesque interlacing of alleys and stairways overlooks the sea with all its extraordinary colors reflecting the enchanting landscape of Amalfi, the town whose name blesses the entire coast. Dominated by the majestic Cathedral dedicated to Sant'Andrea (St. Andrew), Amalfi proffers innumerable testimonies of its glorious past as the Maritime Republic. Ravello, another pearl of the coast, is an elegant and refined village, dipped in green and characterized by luxurious villas.  Ravello is famous all around the world for its festival, in the garden of Villa Rufolo, where an evocative setting and the emotion of listening to great music create an experience of extraordinary intensity.  The heart of Ravello is represented by Piazza Vescovado, framed by the architecture of Palazzo Rufolo and the Cathedral with its magnificent portal (the first ever made with this innovative mold technique) and 10-feet-high bell tower. Return to the hotel at about 4:30 PM.

Set sail from Piano di Sorrento and cruise along the coast of the Sorrentine Peninsula. Continue to the main city of Amalfi Coast, Amalfi, where you will have enough free time for shopping, and to visit the Cathedral of St. Andrew. We’ll greet you with a welcome drink and we’ll start a walking tour in our vegetable garden. The lesson includes cooking a traditional Sorrento menu, composed of a first course with homemade pasta, a second course and the inevitable dessert. The chef will share the receips of our tradition , you can learn how to cook the famous gnocchi alla sorrentina or the ravioli alla caprese, or the famous eggplant parmesan, made with fried eggplant. At the end the dessert can not miss: a lemon caprese cake or a delicious tiramisù with coffee. the menu selected could change on the basis of the seasonality of the products At the end of every class you can taste your culinary creation, and you’ll judge your own dish in the shadow of our pergola, with a smile and fine wines in good company. Depart from Sorrento by minibus and an authorized English-speaking guide to explore the main features of the area: the suggestive history of Pompeii and wine tasting in Vesuvius National Park. The first part of the day will be dedicated to a visit of the archaeological site of Pompeii, where an authorized guide will lead you through the remains of this extraordinary city immortalized by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 A.D. Pompeii is renowned all over the world for the exceptional relics, buildings and infrastructure of the site as it is well-preserved due to the city's burial under meters of ash and lava fragments.
