Excellent from start to finish. Outstanding guide, Vincenzo. Only drawback was headsets didn’t work very well, but that didn’t matter, as the group was small, the sites were not overcrowded, and we could hear the guide speak without a sound system. This is an outstanding tour and good value for the money. We were surprised at how the inside of the crater looked, but it’s a view worth the climb. The climbing path is surprisingly doable.

Had an amazing day at Vesuvius and Pompeii - the tour guide was really friendly and efficient, and the talks really informative. The day was well organised, and I liked that the guide told us about the surrounding area on the bus journey as well as at the sights themselves. It's slightly more of an adult trip, my 10yr old was the only child, but he enjoyed it too.

Very good day out! Roberto (on the bus) and Salvatore (at Pompeii) were great. All ran smoothly. Loved Pompeii, Vesuvius is a steep climb and time is limited so if you have fitness issues (like me) you may not make it to the top. Be careful of being sucked into the set lunch at the restaurant as you come out of Pompeii if that's not what you want

Ornella was absolutely brilliant. She made the day very enjoyable and gave us lots of very interesting information. Without a doubt one of the best tours I have been on, thanks to her. Special shout out to Giovanni, our driver, as well. He was fantastic and we always felt safe.

guide was helpful and happy to answer any questions
