Vicki and Peter were excellent from the beginning. Vicki is an amazing tour guide full of energy and enthusiasm, setting a great atmosphere for the tour. You could chose to join the tour guide or walk around the National park by yourself. We did a combination of both which was ideal. The park itself is absolutely outstanding with beautiful waterfalls and views along the boardwalk. As it was peak season was hard at time to get pictures but if you waited a for a gap you could capture stunning pictures and videos. We also got a beautiful boat ride to a little town which had a beach which was ideal to refresh after walking around in the heat. The day was planned perfectly with enough time to see the park but also wasn’t too long that you weren’t too tired.

Me and my partner had a really lovely day, Krka was so beautiful, would recommend everyone to experience that place. The bus tour was fun, we had a very lovely guide named Sandra, she was really fun and gave us some interesting facts about Croatia. Also we were very great full for the help we got, we had to wait for a very long time for our Uber, so we ran late, I contacted the company booker and they guided me so well! Really good service!

We were disappointed to learn on the day of our tour that due to the ever-changing travel conditions currently, our tour would be combined with another company’s tour that was to visit, in addition to KrKa NP, a village and do an optional wine tasting. The tour itself was fine, and we ended up having a nice day with the other company’s guide (who was very kind and knowledgeable). However, Danielja, the Booker employee with whom we worked, saved the day. To make up for our experience, she offered to take us on an additional tour the following day, at no cost, which she led and ended up being a highlight of our time in Split. This would have been a very different review had it not been for Danielja’s professionalism and exceptional customer service.
