1. Berlin: Street Art Bike Tour with Bike Rental

Get to know the streets of Berlin by bike with a tour of the most interesting street art cites in the city. You don't have to go to a museum or gallery to admire art in Berlin. You can find works of art in public spaces all around the city, created by artists inspired by the unique atmosphere of the capital city. Curious to see where you can find these creations? Simply hop on a bicycle and get going! A vacant lot or the side of a building can quickly become an exhibition space, blurring the boundaries between authorized and illegal exhibits. Discover where and how artistic creativity develops in Berlin. Explore living spaces and lifestyles, design freedom, and learn about the changes to these spaces. Where a sculpture stands today, a construction site could appear tomorrow.

Berlin's Alternative Side: The Urban Jungle Tour

2. Berlin's Alternative Side: The Urban Jungle Tour

Start your urban underground tour of Berlin at the Hackescher Markt at the heart of the local cafe scene and then head to a unique courtyard loved by contemporary artists. Hear how it has survived against the odds and get insights into the alternative messages of the art on display. Hear local stories about Berlin's neighborhoods as you continue to the Pink Man graffiti by the famous street artist, Blu. Learn about his protest against the “gentrification” of the town’s alternative side and other ethical projects he’s involved in.  Then, it's time to relax with a drink at a hip beer garden by the Urban Spree and experience how Berliners like to spend their evenings. Pass the East Side Gallery, where artists from around the world have left their mark on the remains of the Berlin Wall. Stop at the smallest cinema in town, popular for showing international movies and its 70's flair. End by the Boxhagener Platz and discover a great place to relax and experience some more urban vibes.

Berlin: Kayaking Tour Through the City

3. Berlin: Kayaking Tour Through the City

Set off on an exciting, unique kayak trip. The tour begins or ends in the Berlin Kreuzberg district at the docks of the van Loon boat restaurant. For the trip you'll have an expert on hand to greet you before the tour beings. The guide will then help you to deploy. While you warm up for the trip, you will have the opportunity to learn a little about the interesting history of the Landwehr Canal. The journey heads westward downstream along the legendary railway line of the U1. The first train line to be built in Berlin runs above your head up until the point where, above and below the ground, a number of different traffic routes cross paths. A reminder of the so called "Rosinenbomber" (Raisin Bombers) from the Berlin blockade of 1948/1949 can be found on the roof of the German Museum of Technology. Continue by following this unique, scenic route next to the Spree, past Potsdamer Platz and the Ministry of Defence. Learn about the poignant history of the area and Stauffenberg's failed execution attempt of Hitler. You'll then paddle further past Tiergarten and Zoologischer Garten. Next up, cross one of the best–known Berlin locks and the city's widest bridge, a fun part and unique adventure especially for older children. The Tour ends in here in Charlottenburg. Your belongings arrived with the kayak-truck and you are just a short walk away from Tiergarten Station from where you can reach your next Berlin adventure. During the afternoon tour, the sights will be toured in the reverse order.

Miha was terrific, very knowledgeable and friendly. By the end of our time together I felt I had made a friend. His range of experience and knowledge was very broad and touched on nightlife, Berlin history, art, culture, and even religion. A wonderful man. I hope to see him in New York soon!

Our guide Miha was very friendly and knew bunch of interesting facts about the city and its tiny details. He indeed showed us the alternative side of Berlin and recommended some nice restaurants, bars and exhibitions to visit. Thanks for the experience again!

The ideal way to see Berlin differently, and to understand graffiti (there is much more than the large murals) Our guide Betty was full of energy and knows the scene very well

Very interesting, seen a lot. All questions about street art and history well answered. There were only two of us. Recommended.

A great evening spent in areas we wouldnt have found on our own.
