Full description
Saddle up and experience Zion National Park from a unique perspective. This is more than a typical trail ride and is great for both beginners and experienced riders. You will begin with a quick introduction and get acquainted with the horses. Learn their unique personalities as you prepare to spend the next two hours together. Your guide will demonstrate safe techniques for handling your horse. The ride begins by following a trail that winds up the side of Pine Knoll through the desert forest with an intense elevation increase. Eventually, the ride exits the forest and you'll get to see majestic sweeping views of Southern Utah and Zion National Park. At the summit, you'll pause to capture pictures that will help you remember this experience for years to come. Then, continue down the mountain, all the while learning about the area and wildlife while listening to western stories.

The Staff at East Zion were great, and it's an awesome location to be at in general! We had a really nice time! Unfortunately the views/trail aren't quite worth it, unless you are already staying at the resort. If you're in the town near zion, it's probably not worth it to leave for these views - as this is more about a horseback ride than breathtaking views..

Wranglers very nice and knowledgeable. Fay was awesome. Hope I got her name right ha haa. She had a very audible voice we could all hear and understand, even on the trail. The horses were very well mannered. The trail gave us all great views. We got to see quite a few mule deer that were chillin near the trail. Definitely worth the money. Cheers!
