The rules dictate silence upon entry to the chapel, which isn’t usually a problem – its sheer beauty leaves most speechless.

What an amazing tour! This was my second time at the Vatican Museum and it was breathtaking. Maria, our guide was informative, fun and engaging. The small group allowed her to give us a lot of attention and interact with each other. Three hours felt like such a short time and at the end of the tour I wandered by myself in awe of this magical place. If you want to savour the experience, this is the right way to do it.

Highly recommend - Barbera is the best! Wow! This was even better than I could have hoped for, thanks to our unforgettable guide Barbera. Barbera was a FANTASTIC, ENGAGING, and SUPER FUN guide... truly, I don't think it gets better (and I am a former tour guide myself.) She led the tour with the perfect balance of teaching us important facts but also making it a memorable experience, filled with laughter. I like the fact that she is a native Roman and so it really felt like he was teaching us about her own history. We felt very looked after by her and she was so great at truly connecting with everyone in our group, and answering all our questions. We were smiling the entire time. So grateful for the experience and I thought it was worth every penny. Bravo!

The tour with Chiara absolutely amazing. We had a small group. No lines at the Basilica or Museum with the 8am tour. Definitely wear good walking shoes. Our guide Chiara (when in Rome Tours) was such a great guide. Very interacting and so very knowledgeable, funny and great energy. Personalized our tour so we could get to the most important stops in an efficient manner. Made sure everyone’s needs were met along the way. She offered to take photos of each person/couple at the best spots! She was interested in each person/couple. Asked where we were going next so she could recommend activities/restaurants.
