State Opera, Prague: Tours & Tickets
What people are saying about State Opera, Prague
Bus tour was very informative and comfortable. A live tour guide would have been exceptional but seems you can get more coverage with a recording which gives you more information. I was surprised that we had a 45min stop at the castle, and we did not expect to have this as we ran out of time to meet the next tour and had to separately get transportation to the next event, cutting the tour in half. But still a value for the money and gave us additional information to make separate stops after the tour.
Recorded tour so sometimes wasnt exactly with the sights you were passing, but fairly close. Took us to parts of Prague that we otherwise would not have time to walk. Good thing to do as an introduction to the city. Rain shower and bus pulled over and put up windows. Nice tour overall
The actual bus tour is about 1.25 hours with a 45 minute stop to get off at the castle and enjoy views of Prague. We saw the changing of the guards which was quite awesome. But if you did not plan on getting off this may be a disappointment as this was not communicated beforehand.
The trip waa good but it needs to be made clear that there is a stop at Prague Castle where you are left for anywhere between 30 and 50 minutes while the bis drives away. It is a useful stop if you want to stretch your legs but not much use for anything else.
Good enjoyable tour. Headphones with information given in many different languages to explain what we were seeing. Got free time up near the castle and we were lucky enough to be there to see the changing of the guard. Would recommend.
