Absolutely seamless. We had a great fellow pick us up - and hand us over to Adrian - who drove us to the train station .. he gave plenty of info , pamphlets etc. great 20 minutes or so in the historic station with a lovely hot chocolate.. nice train trip - better views if you had a window seat. But still great. A stop at the waterfalls For a 10 minute photo opportunity. Then up to Kuranda with clear instructions One timings and where to go. So a wander around the town with the usual tourist stuff available- then the pickup point to go to the army Duck tour. This was quite good. Great informative driver.. interesting 40 minute trip. Back on the bus… another stroll around Kuranda. Then down to the station for a fabulous scones and tea. Onto the sky rail. Stopped at both places for a walk around. Short tracks. You can be back at the sky rail station in 15 minutes…. Then the last leg. The view from up there is stunning. Very efficient and friendly attendants. Great bus home. Top day

An awesome day. Started with being picked up and transferred to Freshwater Station to pick up our train trip to Kuranda. The next highlight was the Jungara Loop where we had great photo opportunities for the train. Stoney Creek Falls were amazing and were flowing really well. A 10 Minute Stopover at Barron Falls was next although there wasn't that much water flowing. The township of Kuranda was touristy as you would expect. The Duck through the rainforest and waterways was relaxing and very informative. It had a great interactive area. A walk along the Barron River was pleasant. The Skyrail back down was probably the highlight. We jumped off at Barron Falls Station for more views of the falls and the boardwalk as well as the mandatory changeover at Red Peak Station where we joined the complimentary ranger talk which was very informative. Once we completed the 7.5km trip we exited at Smithfield and boarded the transport back to our resort. An awesome day and one not to be missed.

An unforgettable day out. Full of fun, the guides were lovely, there was plenty of time to do and see everything but not too much time anywhere. I wouldn't go to Cairns without doing this again

The host was lovely, very informative with a pleasant sense of humour. The tour was great and the duck was very comfortable

Great day out the sky rail and the train are must doo as on a beautiful day the scenery is amazing.
