The Church of Peace in Świdnica is the largest timber-framed religious buildings in Europe, built in the former Silesia in the mid-17th Century amid the religious strife that followed the Peace of Westphalia. In 1943, Hitler’s paramilitary organization had stormed into the castle and began to construct one of the most important quarters for Adolf Hitler. The first recorded history about pottery activities in the Bolesławiec region date back to the end of the 14th century. The outstanding Church of Peace in Jawor was built during the socio-political context of the 17th century during the religious wars and persecution of the Protestants. It was constructed under very strict regulations and it is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Meet your guide in Wrocław and being your full-day tour. Drive along a scenic route from Wrocław to the city of Sobotka, one of the more unique and mysterious places in Poland. The city is located at the foot of Mount Sleza, a ridge emerges from the monotonous Silesian lowlands to a height of 718 meters, dominating the landscape of the province.
