Having a hard time finding the neet up point to collect the ticket, should’ve put a clear sign / direction eg. booth(fantasea) located behind the cook ferry booth. Tbh, it was great but unfortunately most animals in zoo are sleeping and some if them were relocated / couldn’t show at that time. So a bit disappointed, pay full price for less shows/ service

Reasonably priced, friendly staff, disability friendly, great fast ferry, good weather, all put together meant a thoroughly enjoyable day.

Lovely views, great animal enclosures. Really get the sense that animals are well looked after. Enjoyed the walk up the hill.

Great experience, you see all the animals and the zoo is not that big and that helps not to get tired

Good services, and tour information. Also such a great package.
