Full description
Start your full-day tour with a drive to Mtskheta, the previous capital of Georgia. Visit the Svetitskhoveli Orthodox cathedral, dating from the 11th century. Take a walk in the old city and visit Djvari Monastery, built in 6th century. Enjoy the views of Mtskheta from this site as well. Afterwards, continue to Gori, the town that is home to the Joseph Stalin Museum. Head to Uplistsikhe, an ancient rock-town in Eastern Georgia, some 10 kilometers east of the town of Gori. Uplistsikhe is identified by archaeologists as one of the oldest urban settlements in Georgia. It was strategically located in the heartland of the ancient kingdom of Kartli.

Long drive but worth the weather at the top.

One thing I noticed with all tours in Tblisi, You have no special health warnings for people who might have health issues.

okay

the guide was more a driver but he seemed not that motivated. to the first attraction he left us alone, so no guided tour and no explanation. I told him that I would prefer that he explains things to us but I had the impression it was more a burden for him than fun. I mean he was nice but not quite interested.
