Huayna Picchu is a steep climb of an hour and is hard work but the views are spectacular and worth the effort. I bought the Circuit 4 ticket and was very disappointed with the lack of access to the main areas at Machu Pichu. Circuit 4 covered a very small part on the lower edge of the citadel. Another circuit might allow more access but I was disappointed with the access given I paid $70 for the ticket and hundreds of dollars more to get there. Machu PIchu is an amazing site and location but I left thinking the whole place was set up up to make money from tourists rather than give them a good experience for the sizeable investment they'd made to get there.

I travelled to Machu Pichu from Cusco. I booked through Peru&U for the entry tickets to the site and to acquire a private guide two months in advance. All the arrangements were well organized by the company and they kept in touch throughout the two months before my trip occurred to keep me informed of what to expect. The guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable about Machu Pichu. He took care from the moment we arrived in Machu Pichu Puebla to show us what we needed to do so we didn’t miss our travel up to the site, and he was very understanding about the effect the elevation would have on our breathing capacity and didn’t rush us through the site.

Legit service. I was a bit scare but everything turned out good. We didn’t receive tickets in 48 hours but the company reached out to us to explain the situation so we were aware of a little delay. They also responded very quickly to every concern that we had. Def would recommend if you buy last minute tickets

Richard was a fantastic guide. Very knowledgeable while keeping it fun at the same time. He gave us enough time to stop and take photos and never once rushed our group

It was amazing! Our guide was so knowledgeable and so patient with us when we were out of breath lol! It’s truly an out of this world experience.
