On this full-day Jeep safari, you’ll see the island of Gomera in a unique way. Your 9-hour tour begins in the morning with a crossing by ship to San Sebastián de la Gomera. The island of Gomera has much to offer, including its stunning natural landscapes, its people, the Garajonay National Park and the cultural heritage of its whistling language. You’ll also have time to enjoy the taste of local foods and to visit the most picturesque villages. At each stop the driver will tell about the places you visit. Heerlijke dag gehad, absoluut een aanrader. Meerdere jeeps rijden achter elkaar, in principe op taal ingedeeld. Ik was alleen 1 Nederlandse teveel. Iets minder was daardoor de hele dag in de jeep met Franstaligen (en aan de lunchtafel daardoor ook als enige niemand kunnen verstaan) en een chauffeur die enkel Spaans sprak. Bij de stops wel naar de Nederlandstalige gids kunnen lopen voor uitleg en informatie, maar toch een beetje jammer. Desalniettemin raad ik het wel aan, mooie dag mogen hebben op een prachtig eiland.

The driving team has fun on the trip and so do all of the participants. Lunch is cultural and delicious. There is also a glass of wine. It is grouped according to language and you can therefore immediately connect with other participants. Punctual and reliable. The island of La Gomera is beautiful and worth a long day of excursions.

The trip was great. First, after everyone was picked up, we went to a meeting point where we were assigned to our driver (appropriate for the language). We caught Kai Uwe (early 30) and were more than happy with it. He was very relaxed and funny and kept informing us about different plants and trees as well as the surrounding area and customs during the trip. We had several stops where we could take photos and get a lot of interesting information about the island. All in all, it was a completely successful trip that I can only recommend.
