Great mountain biking experience supervised by Paul! The starting point is at 2000m altitude and ends at Los Cristinanos at sea level. The bikes are of very good quality (full suspension mountain bike). Only 2 or 3 slightly steep but short climbs that can be finished on foot. The route is accessible to mountain bike beginners. The view is magnificent all along the route. The landscapes change as you descend. From the pine forest to the vineyards then the desert and finally the sea. Paul takes the time to explain anecdotes to us about the history of the island and nature. We recommend this activity!

Started well above the clouds and traveled down through pine forests on double track access roads. Then trough some vineyards with a quick stop to see the cellars in a local bodega. Finally down a steep secondary road through local villages with loads of Canarian charm and spectacular views of the coastline all the way down. I can't recommend this trip enough. Loved the trip, I am not very experienced on a mountain bike and this was perfect for me, challenging on places but a lot of fun and the views all along were spectacular. I was lucky to enjoy a beautiful sunny day but I understand this is the case most of the days. It is a great way for active people to experience this beautiful island.
