The pick-up was punctual and comfortable, and the hot air balloon fly was amazing. The organization before/after the flight is also very smooth. The less positive side is that after breakfast, participants are forced to visit a "workshop" of very touristy craftsmanship before going to the archeological zone. This stop was too long and should be made optional, in my opinion.

The ballon ride was amazing - everything the start, the flight itself and the landing was perfect. We flew directly over the pyramid and had the best weather possible! But be prepared to have a lot of waiting time after the ballon ride and after the stop at the mezcal/obsidian tour! And after the ballon ride it was pretty unorganised - nobody told us anything in english (we didnt know when the bus was leaving) and they didnt even bother to try describing us the information that was given in spanish in any way. Nevertheless if you are prepared for waiting times, some unorganised parts during the whole tour (except for the ballon ride) it's definitely worth it!

The balloon trip was great and thank is why we did this the view up from the air over the pyramids and surroundings was mesmerising . The only thing I would have done differently is just to book the ballon trip. The visit to the pyramids and the artisans village was not worth it. The service and the team where great
