The Archdiocesan Museum in Krakow belongs to the authority of the metropolitan bishop of Krakow - Stanisalaw Dziwisz. It is situated at Kanonicza Street which is one of the oldest, most beautiful and magical streets in the city. The Archdiocesan Museum is proud to host dozens of collections of art and sacral works, including paintings, craftwork and sculptures. The goal of the museum is to display the permanent exhibition and make visitors familiar with the artistic legacy of the Krakow bishopric. The whole exhibition is arranged in rooms furnished with baroque furniture. The exhibition encompasses a total of approximately 600 works of art housed in 16 historic rooms.
