Came to New York from the UK and purchased tickets for this online before we came to New York. We absolutely recommend this the any Friends fan! It was such a fantastic experience and the staff could not do anymore to make the experience better - they went out of their way to accommodate everyone, and never rushed us on! Loved every minute!!

Absolutely brilliant! We got the last slot of the day and it was super quiet and one of 3 other couples so no rushing around and could take photos without others in. The staff were super friendly and helpful! The only queue we had to do was the end waiting for our pics. Keep your eyes out for pic moments though as we missed a few due to getting too excited haha but friends fans you should absolutely do this and just so you know it’s not that common, it doesn’t happen to every guy and it absolutely is a big deal haha! Thanks!

If you love Friends you will love this, however we were the last slot and although we were given an hour you can only go as fast as the people in front, so we were rushed at the end and were told everything would close including the gift shop. My advice would be to book an earlier slot.
