Planning Your Visit

    "Check the weather forecast before booking your tickets as the best time of day to visit is when London is least foggy. If you're not too bothered about picking out individual sights, then nighttime offers a completely different spectacle!
    On most days of the year the ticket office opens at 9:30AM, with the first rotation beginning at 10:00AM. Closing times vary depending on the season, so be sure to check londoneye.com first!"

    One full rotation lasts half an hour.

  • How to get there?

    The London Eye is just a short walk from Embankment tube station, and Waterloo and Charing Cross tube and overground stations. It can also be accessed via the number 77, 211, and 381 bus routes.

Due to the circumstances we visited Madam Tussauds early and found it easier with hardly any queues we then did the London Eye bucket list ticked still have Vertigo though then onto London Aquarium which was excellent we managed this in approx 3 1/2 hours including tubes so excellent value for money if not for my heart rate

Is was wonderful 2 hours at Madamme Tusaud and I don’t get bored. To many think to see. And the Little stories about London past fascinated me. I was arrive at home and search more and more about United Kingdom, royal family, madamme Tusaud and everything. I want to repet the experience every year.

The route is the perfect length for younger children, my daughter is only 4 and came away talking about what she had seen and been told by our amazing guide Peter. Peter really made this a great experience fir the children. I would definately recommend!!

The app was really useful - especially the timing reminder! Kept us om track! The staff were super friendly and made kids feel welcome. The tour guide was friendly and shared interesting bits of information. The kids liked her questions too.

Great information on all the Sights we saw. Can't remember his name, but he was Good.
