Meet your guide on Tiber Island in the center of Rome, the only urban island of the Tiber river. Together, start the tour in the medieval side of Trastevere. Your guide will take you to the Church of Santa Cecilia, the patron saint of musicians, and your first stop will be in one of Rome's oldest bakeries. Trastevere remains very traditional and boasts the presence of many old-school craftsmen and traders. Discover their work, unchanged by modernity, like the cold cuts store where you can taste salami and cheese cured in the local Italian tradition. Explore the magnificence of Santa Maria in Trastevere, the biggest and most important church in the district. Keep on walking and enjoy the atmosphere of Trastevere, strong along its alleyways to get to the Piazza Trilussa, named after a famous Roman poet from the last century. Bring your camera with you to catch the shape of big Cupolon...
A fantastic way to explore this super interesting area and try some great tasty Roman treats in authentic cafes and bakeries. We ended up returning to the area (and one of the actual food spots on the tour) again the next day because we enjoyed it so much. Our guide was super friendly, knowledgeable and we appreciated the Italian wine tips he gave us when we saw him out later that evening!
Enjoy a panoramic 3-hour sightseeing tour of Rome from behind the wheel of an iconic vintage Fiat 500. Departing from a garage just meters from the Colosseum, you will set off in convoy to see many of the Eternal City’s most historic sights. But you are as much an attraction as the Roman Forum and narrow streets of Trastevere from the seat of your candy-colored car. Stop from time-to-time to take pictures of sites en route, such as the Arch of Constantine and Circus Maximus. See curious sights, such as the secret keyhole of Aventine Hill, and the charming Piazza dei Cavalieri di Malta (Piazza of the Knights of Malta). Drive along the Lungotevere, following the banks of the River Tiber. And cross into Trastevere, where the tight streets are a breeze for vehicles as small as the Fiat 500! Your guide will give brief explanations in English or French, before you head off again, never going...

In “Spectre,” James Bond drives his Aston Martin at a terrifying speed through the narrow, ancient streets of Rome. The Eternal City is the setting for about 20 film scenes. Step onto the open-air set and relive many of these key moments. Take on the role of “Bond... James Bond” or femme fatale Lucia Sciarra and follow in their footsteps. Your guides would love to put you behind the wheel of an Aston Martin but that’s a little out of the budget. Instead, you’ll slide into a discreet, luxurious and comfortable alternative: a sleek black minivan. And since no one besides Bond should tackle Roman traffic, you’ll have a driver.
