What can I say Mayumi our guide was amazing! We had a great day and clear sky. The ropeway was closed due to maintenance but everything else was really nice. We made plenty of stops and they gave us enough time. Also told us about some history and good informations about accommodations and traveling. I would book it again if I would travel with my girlfriend to Japan. The country and the people are amazing. 5 stars! Did I mention the small gift we got at the end?

We really enjoyed our guided tour with Mayumi. It was so convenient having transport to and from each location, with not too much walking. Due to circumstances beyond everyone’s control, a few changes were required to our itinerary for the day, but it was not a problem as there’s back up plans and flexibility. This tour is worth doing if you want to get up close (and on) Mt Fuji. Owakudani was very cool to see. Thank you Mayumi!

Tour as described and was great. I can recommend everyone. Van was super clean. Tour was super fun and the driver was in a great mood. A big compliment and many thanks to our dear tour guide MAYUMI !!!

The tour was excellent but it depends a lot on the weather. I was lucky because I went in the low season and had blue skies. I have heard that it is different with crowds of people and cloudy

Really nice dinner cruise! Food is real Japanese, you have sashimi, tempura, some bento style things. Service is good
